We offer shipping across India through our logistics partner Shiprocket and other authorized delivery partners.
Shipping Time
- Orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 business days if the product is available in our warehouse.
- If the product is not in stock, please allow up to 45 days for dispatch or kindly fill the contact us form, you’ll be contacted by our representative on priority .
- Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination.
Shipping Charges
Shipping rates are calculated based on the delivery location and will be displayed at checkout (if applicable).
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS or email with a Shiprocket tracking link to monitor the status of your delivery.
If your order is shipped through any other delivery partner, our team will connect with you directly and share the tracking details.
Damaged or Lost Packages
In the unlikely event that your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 8 to 24 hours of delivery at orders@hetviluxury.com, along with clear photographs of the product and packaging for verification and resolution.
