1. Use of Website

Anyone can use our site.

2. Products & Pricing

All products are listed in INR. We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue items without notice.

3. Orders & Payments

• Full payment must be made before shipment.
• We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, and other methods via Shopify.

4. Shipping

All orders are shipped via our trusted delivery partners — Shiprocket and one additional logistics provider, depending on your location and service availability. Tracking details will be provided once the order is dispatched.

• Delivery Time (India):
   • If the product is available in our warehouse, estimated delivery is 7 to 10 business days.
   • If the product is not in stock, please allow up to 45 days for delivery (procurement or manufacturing time included).

Please note that shipping delays caused by external factors (such as courier disruptions, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances) are beyond our control and responsibility.

5. No Return & Refund

Due to the luxury and fragile nature of our products, we do not accept any returns or offer refunds once an order is placed —
except in cases of transit damage or loss, in accordance with our Damaged/Lost Packages Policy.

Brand Authenticity & Partnership

All products are 100% imported directly from the authorized brands.
Hetvi Luxury is an official flagship store partner and only deals in genuine brand-owned assets.
We ensure authenticity and quality in every order.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, product images, and brand assets are owned by Hetvi Luxury. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
